Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

1. Purpose

Vorellis Capital, Inc. is committed to maintaining clear and transparent billing practices. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments for services may be cancelled, refunded, credited, or considered non-refundable.

Because our services may involve strategic planning, corporate management, business development, research, administrative resources, and other professional work performed specifically for a client engagement, refund eligibility may depend on the status and scope of the services provided.

2. Consultation and Service Fees

Fees for consultations, strategic services, corporate management services, business development services, and other engagements will be disclosed before or at the time services are purchased or contracted.

Specific payment terms may also be established through a proposal, service agreement, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.

If a separate written agreement contains refund or cancellation terms that differ from this Refund Policy, the terms of that written agreement will control for the applicable engagement.

3. Cancellation Before Services Begin

A client may request cancellation before services have commenced.

If Vorellis Capital, Inc. has not begun performing services or committed resources specifically to the engagement, payments received may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to any applicable written agreement.

4. Cancellation After Services Have Begun

Once services have commenced, fees associated with work already performed, resources committed, research conducted, consultations completed, administrative preparation, or other services provided may be non-refundable.

If only a portion of the contracted services has been completed, Vorellis Capital, Inc. may determine whether a partial refund or account credit is appropriate based on the circumstances of the engagement and any applicable written agreement.

5. Completed Services

Fees for services that have been fully performed or completed are generally non-refundable.

This includes completed consultations, strategic work, reports, assessments, administrative services, business development work, or other agreed-upon deliverables that have already been provided.

6. Deposits and Retainers

Certain engagements may require an upfront deposit, retainer, or advance payment.

The applicable proposal, invoice, or written service agreement will specify whether such payments are refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable and how they will be applied to the engagement.

7. Recurring or Ongoing Services

If a client enters into an ongoing or recurring service arrangement, cancellation terms will be disclosed in the applicable service agreement or other written terms governing the engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation of future services does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for services already performed or for amounts that have already become due.

8. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted to Vorellis Capital, Inc. as soon as reasonably possible after the circumstances giving rise to the request.

Please include:

Your name or business name, the service purchased, the applicable invoice or transaction information, and a brief explanation of the refund request.

Refund requests may be submitted by email to:

info@vorelliscapital.com

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

9. Refund Review

Vorellis Capital, Inc. will review refund requests based on the circumstances of the engagement, services already performed, resources committed, applicable invoices or agreements, and any other relevant information.

If a refund is approved, the amount may be full or partial depending on the portion of services already performed and the applicable terms of the engagement.

10. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer. After Vorellis Capital, Inc. initiates an approved refund, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in the client’s account.

11. Billing Questions and Payment Disputes

Clients who believe a billing error has occurred are encouraged to contact Vorellis Capital, Inc. promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer or client under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment provider.

12. Changes to This Refund Policy

Vorellis Capital, Inc. may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Any revised policy will become effective when posted on this website with an updated effective date.
